How does the system track the ball in real time?

To track the ball’s location and speed, we use a single sensor (covering up to four lanes). This data is sent to the central PC allowing dynamic animations that can respond within milliseconds to every throw and make the interactive bowling experience more immersive every time we roll.

Can the system be installed on existing lanes or does it require new lanes?

Unreal Bowling can be installed either on existing lanes or on newly built lanes. The main two factors are ceiling height and projector placement. Based on this you can decide whether you need 2 lane or 4 lane setup for your venue.

How do I control the lanes and customize the content?
You manage all aspects of Unreal Bowling through the Admin Panel, where you can:
  • Schedule lane on/off times
  • Enables or disables user (player) control.
  • Set background/animations playlists
  • Custom visuals can be uploaded for private events or advertising

Can bowlers control the animations or backgrounds from their smartphones?
Yes—if enabled by the Admin. Bowlers simply scan a QR code or visit a link on their lane, and then use the mobile app to pick and change lane visuals in real time. It brings a personal touch to their immersive bowling experience. View video on this experience >
Is it possible to upload custom backgrounds or event graphics?
Absolutely. You have the ability through the Admin Panel to upload and show sponsor ads, custom logos, and theme graphics for parties, corporate events, or special promotions making your immersive bowling lanes an advertising platform.
What is involved in the installation process?
Installing the Unreal Bowling system generally includes:
  • 3–4 projectors per 2–4 lanes
  • Cabling for power and data
  • The sensor (one per 4 lanes) is installed.
  • Everything is connected to the backend PC that processes and outputs the visuals.
What type of maintenance or upkeep does the system require?
Our projectors are laser based and have a lifespan of about 30,000 hours, so the only maintenance needed is dust removal. With time, some components will need to be replaced when they reach the end of their service life. Otherwise, your interactive bowling lanes will keep entertaining guests for years to come.
Do you provide seasonal or special themes?
Yes! We regularly include seasonal backgrounds and animations (e.g. holidays, special events), This keeps the experience fresh, drives foot traffic, and allows for private event buyouts, and upsell opportunities for custom logos or branding. View Seasonal Graphics >

We offer a 1-year warranty on all parts for peace of mind.
